Andrew Alatorre, EA graduated from Saint Mary’s
College, in Moraga, CA with a Bachelor of Science in
Accounting. Upon graduation he applied his
accounting knowledge in the banking industry and
spent several years as an internal auditor. After
leaving banking, Andrew expanded on his accounting
background and began preparing taxes. Over the past
11 years Andrew has prepared a variety of returns,
ranging from simple to very complex. Andrew took and
passed the IRS Special Enrollment Examination in 2003
earning him Enrolled Agent status. As an Enrolled
Agent (EA) he has assisted and represented clients
with IRS audits.

Lloyd Phraner, EA, an Alameda native and graduate
of St. Joseph High School, has an Engineering degree
from Harvey Mudd College and earned his MBA from
the Corvinus University of Budapest. Lloyd has been a
practicing Professional Tax Preparer for 6 years, and
during the off season assists clients with information
requests and audits from the IRS and California State
Franchise Tax Board. During late spring and summer
months at his office in Budapest, Hungary, Lloyd
assists American citizens and other residents required
to file US taxes. He is specifically named as a Tax
Advisor by the United States Embassy in Budapest.

Stanley Schiffman, EA became a professional tax
preparer in 1999 following a thirty-five year career in
health care management and consulting. In 2004 he
became an Enrolled Agent, entitling him to represent
clients before the Internal Revenue Service. He
specializes in returns for individuals and families, sole
proprietors, retirees, and owners of rental properties.
He is currently Treasurer of the Board of the Alameda
County Medical Center and a member of the City of
Alameda Climate Protection Promotion Task Force. He
graduated from the University of California, Berkeley,
and earned Masters Degrees at Columbia University
and the University of Pittsburgh.
